Large yard suitable for HGV's to be loaded and stored in.

Location would ideally be close to the A23/M23.

FARM BARN OR SHED WANTED TO LET IN THAMES VALLEY AREA

 We are a very reputable and successful on-line car dealership selling quality vehicles and are seeking new (larger) premises for car storage.

A farm barn or shed is required.  Total space around 6-8,000 plus sq ft.  All under cover would be ideal but a mixture of storage & yard would be considered. Power, light, wc and outside tap are also needed.  A telephone land line would be useful.

The location required is basically The Thames Valley from Maidenhead to Newbury/Hungerford, inc part of South Oxfordshire & North Hants.

We are not open Sundays. Our stock is always fully insured.

We can provide many trade, business and bank references etc and we would require the site for at least a year, but longer would certainly be considered for the right premises.

We have customers visiting the site but strictly by prior appointment. There will be absolutely no requirement for repairs and no revving of engines etc. Naturally we need to wash the vehicles from time to time.

We are willing to pay good money for the right locale/facilities and methods of payment would be very flexible!
