Comments: We have a small semi detached house to sell, but in the current market any

equity is likely to be minimal. While reasonable rental would not be a

problem, in terms of a purchase, although a mortgage would be available to

us, our budget would be tight! A property needing some work, if major work

required, with permission to place a temporary static caravan would be

considered. We would also consider erecting our own stables if permission was available.

and long-term.
