Description: We are a Milk & Chilled Food Logistics Company operating throughout East &

West Sussex, Hampshire & Surrey. We plan to expand our area of operation to Kent and in particular the Medway region.

2. Hard standing for a minimum of 10 x 7.5 ton trucks and sufficient space to unload the 28 ton trucks with a fork lift also 

parking for approximately 15 employee cars.

3. Office facilities would be nice but we are happy to site a Portacabin.

4. Ideal size would be 1000sq. feet with large door access for pallet trucks to operate
